Jacquelyn (Jackie) Burnley

President

Jacquelyn (Jackie) Burnley is the president of DIG, bringing over three decades of experience in supplier diversity, construction, and leadership to the role. As president, Jackie oversees the strategic direction of DIG, ensuring the company continues to deliver innovative solutions while fostering partnerships with customers and diverse-owned suppliers.

In her previous roles, Jackie was a driving force behind the supplier diversity efforts for Walbridge, helping the company earn numerous recognitions for their commitment to creating and supporting a diverse supply chain. She was instrumental in securing awards such as the Great Lakes Women’s Business Council’s Excellence in Supplier Diversity – Best in Class Award for multiple years, along with numerous recognitions from Ford Motor, Toyota, General Motors, Stellantis, the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council, and several other entities.

Jackie also developed and executed outreach programs to connect minority and women-owned businesses with opportunities in the construction industry. Her expertise has been recognized through her roles in professional organizations and committees, including:

  • Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC) – Board Member and Chair of Several Committees
  • National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) – Former Board Member

Jackie holds a degree in Business Administration from the Detroit Business Institute. She has also completed extensive continuing education in construction site security, quality management systems, lean fundamentals, and diversity initiatives.
