The City of Dearborn Wagner Place Parking Deck will be a 128, 000 sq. ft parking garage with 373 spaces. The parking deck will be a pre-cast structure with brick / precast panels. The two stair / elevator towers will be glass enclosed, with the Ground Level having an Aluminum Storefront system.
