Devon Industrial Group self-performed concrete for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) general contract to expand the Easterly Wastewater Treatment Plant by 140 million gallons per day.
The work performed under this contract increased the capacity of the Easterly WWTP to 400 MGD. During the course of this project DIG placed more than 12,000 cubic yards of concrete while constructing (6) final settling tanks, RAS pumping systems, mixed liquor and diversion chambers, performing improvement to the existing final settling tanks, aeration tanks, and other miscellaneous rehabilitation.

This additional plant space was necessary for Ford meet the customer demand for the new all-electric F150 Lighting truck. The original Battery Electric Vehicle building at the Rouge Complex, completed in 2022, was expanded by this project on the north, south, and west sides to accommodate additional process equipment.
